Recap: The GANS 73rd Annual Convention

Our 73rd Annual Convention rallied around three words that define the nurses our members are becoming: Empowerment, Empathy, Excellence. Held at Kennesaw State University, the day brought together nursing and pre-nursing students from across Georgia for keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on simulations, and certifications — all built to empower the next generation of nurse leaders.

The Annual Convention is the highlight of the GANS year, a time to celebrate achievement, sharpen our skills, and connect with the statewide nursing student community through professional development sessions, competitions, and chapter activities. A major part of the day is recognizing excellence, as chapters and individuals are honored for their leadership, scholarship, advocacy, and service.
